For an ambitious and fast growing player in the development of sustainable energy projects, we are looking for a Project Manager – Hybrid Energy Solutions, who will play a key role in implementing integrated energy solutions for Industrial & Commercial clients across Europe. A dynamic position with an international scope in the fast-growing Renewable Energy sector, offering both variety and significant responsibility.
Requirements
You hold a Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Civil), or possess equivalent qualifications through education and experience.
You have proven experience in project management, ideally within the renewable energy sector (PV, BESS, EMS) or related technical industries.
You excel at coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing diverse stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
You have excellent command of English, and are proficient in Dutch and/or French.
You are a strong communicator with solid interpersonal skills, take initiative, and thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments.

As a Project Manager - Hybrid Energy Solutions, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of innovative energy projects that integrate solar (PV), battery energy storage systems (BESS), wind energy, and energy management systems (EMS).
You’ll lead hybrid energy projects from planning through execution and completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with quality and compliance standards.
As a Project Manager - Hybrid Energy Solutions you’ll develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource schedules, aligned with client expectations and strategic goals.
You’ll support cross-functional internal teams and external subcontractors to ensure effective collaboration, optimize resource allocation, and drive project milestones.
