Description
We’re seeking a proactive Program Manager to join our ITSM team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our services to on-premises SCADA customers.
Requirements
Familiarity of fundamental networking and IT concepts
Familiarity with ITIL and/or ISO20000
Strong and articulate communicator with a positive and professional attitude.
Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to excel in structured, process-driven environments.
Proven ability to effectively manage unexpected requests while safeguarding team resources and maintaining alignment with project objectives.
