WindEurope is the voice of the wind industry, actively promoting wind energy across Europe. We have over 600 members from across the whole value chain of wind energy: wind turbine manufacturers, component suppliers, power utilities and wind farm developers, financial institutions, research institutes and national wind energy associations.
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 & Project Support Officer to join our IT Team in a leading advocate organisation where you can make a meaningful impact in shaping the future of wind energy. You will be mainly responsible for the maintenance and customisations of MS Dynamics 365, support during CRM-related projects and system upgrades. You will report to the Head of IT.

Bachelor's degree in IT (or equivalent job experience).
Circa 2 years of previous professional experience in administration/customisation of Dynamics 365
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 administration (users, security roles, ...)
Familiarity with Power Platform
Familiarity with Power Automate (Flows, ...)
Very good level of English (written and spoken)
