Offshore Wind Technician Belgium
Description
We are looking for experienced Offshore Wind Turbine Technicians with proven bolting and torquing expertise to support installation, commissioning, or maintenance campaigns on offshore wind farms. You will be responsible for executing critical flange connection work across tower, nacelle, and blade interfaces, ensuring all joints are secured to OEM torque and tension specifications using calibrated tooling.
Requirements
GWO Basic Safety Training (BST)
GWO Basic Technical Training (BTT) – Mechanical Module
Valid Offshore Medical and Chester Step
OEM-specific bolting/torquing experience (e.g. Siemens Gamesa, Vestas, GE – preferred)
Minimum 2 years experience in offshore wind turbine installation or major component exchange
Proven competence in controlled bolting and torque tensioning of large mechanical joints
Familiar with tool calibration protocols and QA/QC documentation
Experience working on offshore jack-up vessels or SOVs (desirable)
