Requirements
Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree – preferably
Training in areas such as Engineering, Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, Law, Mathematics, Data Analysis or other relevant fields

Self-awareness and an open mindset towards new ideas and challenges
Curiosity, confidence and efficiency in problem-solving
