The Vestas Offshore Service department is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind turbines in multiple windfarms in the North Sea within Belgium. The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our success. Technical & Leadership Education/ Degree (e.g. Bachelor Degree or similar)
Supervisory and leadership experience (min. 3 years)
IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook & data processing and Powerpoint
Full driving license
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
Offshore experience. Completed GWO training will be an asset
Experienced in using ERP system (SAP)

Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks and lead by example
Deep technical expertise in turbine platforms and relevant documentation (WTSR/HV Rules)
Committed to safety, acting as a role model and promoting safety awareness
Adaptable and flexible in dynamic, fast-changing environments
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Team-oriented, open to collaboration with international teams
