Wind Farm Supervisor Portugal
Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing all Operations and Maintenance activities across wind farms, supervising and coordinating all tasks carried out by internal and external maintenance teams, monitoring and validating both corrective and preventive maintenance operations, preparing and updating maintenance plans and the corresponding technical reports and ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations established with clients regarding Operations and Maintenance.
Requirements
Minimum academic qualification: completion of secondary education (12th year)
Training in Mechanical and Electrical systems applied to wind turbines (preferred)
Excellent mechanical/electrical knowledge
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the wind energy sector (preferred)
Ability to oversee and supervise projects
Capacity to coordinate internal and external teams
Good IT skills, particularly MS Office, SCADA and Maintenance Management Software
Preferably residing in the country’s Western region (Lisbon, Leiria, Caldas da Rainha, Torres Vedras, Peniche, etc.)
