Are you ready to put the wind back in our sails? We’re looking for a hands-on, quick-thinking with Senvion experience Wind Turbine Technicians to keep our turbines spinning smoothly based in Italy.
This role will require travel to wind farms across San Martino (CB) & Minervino (BA) region, to perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on wind turbines. The position demands technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Requirements
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems related to wind turbines.
Education: Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields preferred. Equivalent work experience is also considered.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in the wind industry or similar industrial fields.
Languages: Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Physical Fitness: Ability to climb wind turbines, work at heights, and carry out physically demanding tasks.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex issues.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a focus on achieving results.
Driving License: A valid driver’s license is essential due to the nature of the travel required for this role.
